These Terms of Service govern your use of the Integrated Functional Health website located at myifh.com and your engagement with IFH services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Integrated Functional Health ("IFH") is a wellness practice operated by Matt DeWild and Molly Hinke-DeWild. IFH offers holistic mental health therapy (available to clients physically located in Iowa at the time of their session), transformational coaching, functional genomics testing and coaching, and related wellness services.
Molly Hinke-DeWild is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) licensed in the state of Iowa. Her licensed therapy services are clinical services subject to Iowa state licensing regulations. Matt DeWild is a Registered Nurse and Functional Genomics Coach. Wellness and coaching services are not clinical therapy services and are not governed by professional licensing requirements applicable to therapy.
Nothing on this website or provided through IFH's non-therapy services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All wellness, coaching, and educational services are intended for general wellness purposes only. You should always consult a licensed medical provider for diagnosis, treatment, or any health-related decisions specific to your individual situation.
Functional genomics testing and coaching services are educational and informational in nature. Results and insights are provided to support more informed conversations between you and your healthcare provider. IFH does not prescribe, diagnose, or treat any medical condition through these services.
Licensed therapy services provided by Molly Hinke-DeWild are available only to clients who are physically located in the state of Iowa at the time of their session, per Iowa state licensing requirements. Clients who are not physically located in Iowa at the time of a scheduled therapy session are not eligible for licensed therapy services and should contact IFH to reschedule or discuss alternative service options.
Coaching and wellness services are available to clients across North America. Functional genomics testing kit availability may vary by location and will be confirmed during the initial consultation.
All appointments require a card on file at the time of booking. No charge is made at the time of booking unless a prepayment requirement has been established due to a prior cancellation policy violation.
IFH requires at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session rate of the booked service. After a first late cancellation or no-show violation, prepayment may be required before future appointments are confirmed.
The full cancellation policy is available at myifh.com/cancellation-policy. By booking an appointment, you agree to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
IFH does not accept assignment of insurance benefits. Clients are responsible for full payment of services rendered. For licensed therapy services, IFH works with Thrizer to support out-of-network reimbursement claims on behalf of clients who choose to use that service. Reimbursement estimates provided by Thrizer are estimates only and are not guarantees of reimbursement.
Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor. IFH does not store payment card information on its systems.
