Our time together is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policy before booking your appointment.
At Integrated Functional Health, every appointment is a reserved block of time dedicated entirely to your care. When a session goes unfilled due to a cancellation or no-show, another client who needed that time loses their opportunity. This policy exists to protect the integrity of your care and the availability of our practitioners. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments at Integrated Functional Health. Your card will be securely stored at the time of booking.
No charge is applied at the time of booking. Your card is held on file only. You will not be billed simply for scheduling your appointment. Charges occur only in the event of a policy violation as described below, or at the time services are rendered.
The following fees apply when a client does not attend a scheduled appointment or cancels with insufficient notice. Fees are assessed at the full session rate for the service that was booked.

Session rates vary by service type. The fee applied will reflect the full published rate of the specific appointment that was scheduled.
We understand that life happens. However, consistent missed appointments affect our ability to serve all clients effectively.
After the first policy violation, full prepayment will be required before any future appointments can be scheduled. This prepayment is applied directly toward the cost of your session. If you attend as scheduled, no additional charge is incurred.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring a fee, please provide at least 24 hours of advance notice using one of the following methods:
Notice of cancellation is measured from the scheduled appointment start time, not from when a message was sent without confirmation of receipt.
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. In the event of a documented medical emergency, unexpected hospitalization, or other serious extenuating circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. Fee waivers in these situations are granted at the sole discretion of the practitioner and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

By providing a credit card and completing the booking process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Appointment and Cancellation Policy. This policy is in effect for all services provided by Integrated Functional Health, including appointments with Matt DeWild and Molly Hinke-DeWild.
